1. Instrument cluster, steering column controls, and trip computer are all controlled by the onboard computer (OBC). 2. When the OBC stops responding, the wipers come on as a precaution. According to official docs on E46 BMW braking systems, the on-dash BRAKE light can be red for two different reasons: low brake fluid in the deposit or parking brake being applied. So, you can pull the protective boot on the parking brake lever off and eyeball the switch to see if it is damaged or misadjusted. take out the bulbs in your 3 right indicators and clean/dry out the housings, also try only having only front and back indicators bulbs inserted, see if the symptom is the same. or if you have time, check as much of the wiring to the right indicators as you can to see if theres any frayed wires. if you NEED TO DRIVE, id say just remove the 3 . bimmerlyf Discussion starter. 6 posts · Joined 2016. #1 · Apr 28, 2016 (Edited) PLEASE somebody HELP me..
